On June 25, the House of Representatives approved Bill No. 3118\/2023, which allocates a portion of pre-salt revenues to structured policies supporting higher education students.<\/p>\n<p>The proposal, which now awaits presidential approval, aims to guarantee the right to student retention by combating dropout rates among students in vulnerable situations\u2014those who need additional income to afford housing, food, and other basic needs.
