Enrolled students may be dismissed from the course in the following cases:
- If they fail the same subject twice or fail three different subjects;
- If they do not enroll regularly in two consecutive academic periods within the deadline set out in the academic calendar set by the CoPGr;
- If they do not pass the qualifying exam within the deadlines set out in these Bylaws;
- If they do not complete the activities or requirements within the deadlines set out in these Bylaws;
- At the request of the interested party.
- According to the Program Bylaws, in addition to the rules set out in the USP Graduate Bylaws, students may be dismissed from the graduate program, in any of the courses (Doctorate and Direct Doctorate), if one of the following situations occurs:
- failure to submit the annual activity report twice in a row;
- failure to submit the annual report by the deadline set out in the annual calendar, published by the graduate office and on the program’s website.
