In April 2025, Dr. Fabio Grunspun Pitta published the article “Empagliflozin in Patients With Type 2 Diabetes Undergoing On-Pump CABG: The POST-CABGDM Randomized Clinical Trial” in the international journal “Diabetes Care” – aimed at increasing knowledge, stimulating research and promoting better management of people with diabetes.
Dr. Fabio Grunspun Pitta, a graduate of the cardiology program, defended his doctoral thesis on 12/03/2024.
