In May 2025, Dr. Stephanie Ítala Rizk published the article “Randomized, Placebo-Controlled, Triple-Blind Clinical Trial of Ivabradine for the Prevention of Cardiac Dysfunction During Anthracycline-Based Cancer Therapy” in the international journal “Journal of the American Heart Association” – whose mission is to help science, scientists and society create a world with longer, healthier lives.
Dr. Stephanie Ítala Rizk, a graduate of the cardiology program, defended her doctoral thesis on February 23, 2024.
