Launch of the book “Precision Medicine in Cardiology”

On July 23/25, the Heart Institute (InCor) hosted the launch of the book “Precision Medicine in Cardiology”, coordinated and organized by Prof. Dr. José Eduardo Krieger, professor of the Cardiology Program.

The book covers everything from essential fundamentals to clinical applications of personalized medicine in cardiovascular care. Real-life cases illustrate the integration of tools such as genetic testing, pharmacogenomics, family counseling, and artificial intelligence, demonstrating their direct impact on the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of heart disease.
